How To Melt Chocolate:
Temperature for melting chocolates
White, Light and colored chocolate wafer melts should be heated to a temperature of 115°F - 120°F about 46 C. Most chocolcate wafers will melt at a temperature of 115°F. The Candymelter Palette slowly rises to the proper temperture to melt Mercken, Clasen and Wilbur chocolates. Stir colors occasionally to assure even melting.
